Halloween Party!

Dear ACCC Parents and Staff,

The ACCC Halloween Party is just around the corner on Friday October 25th at 4 pm!

To kick off the party, the most adorable costume parade for children will take place at 4 pm.

Children will line up in advance at 3:45 pm in the courtyard in front of their classroom. Gemini classroom will start the parade and go pick friends from Explorer, and then they will move to Vanguard to pick up their Vanguard friends and so on.

This year the activities will be set up in the Apollo/Vanguard yard. There will be one costume contest for families and another for staff.

A photo booth will be available to take fun family pictures in the Apollo/Vanguard yard.

Signup sheets will be placed in each classroom for food/drink potluck contributions by classroom.

Below are the recommended donations per classroom:
·        Infant (Earthling/Pioneer/Voyager) – Drinks
·        Toddler/Transition (Mariner/Mercury/Viking) – Desserts
·        Transition Preschool (Gemini/Explorer) – Fruits/Vegetables/Cheese
·        Preschool (Apollo/Vanguard) – Main Dishes

*As a reminder ACCC is a nut free facility.  Also, since we’re working to provide healthier food to our children, please be mindful of the sugar content of items you bring to the potluck.
