Wait List Handbook – Updated as of March 2024

Illness Exclusion Notice – When you receive a call from ACCC to pick up a sick child, ACCC will also give you an illness exclusion notice and will let you know when your child can return to school.

MEDICATION RELEASE CHART – The parent shall provide all medication to be administered to the child. Regardless of how the medication is administered, a release chart must be filled out and the office must be able to see the prescription label.
