There are some events in September we would like to let you know about. Please mark these events on your calendar and let us know if you have any questions.
- 09/07/2020 (Mon) – ACCC is closed for Labor Day holiday
- 09/10/2020 (Thu) – Return to ACCC Orientation (MANDATORY orientation session for all parents of children entering the ACCC. The training session will be held at 3 pm and an invitation will be sent out later. If you are unable to attend this session, please let us know immediately.)
- 09/14/2020 (Mon) – ACCC reopens for the third group of families to join us. (If you would like to join us, please let us know.)

- 10/05/2020 – ACCC reopens for the fourth group of families and children to join us.
- 10/12/2020 – Columbus Day (ACCC open)
- 10/26/2020 – ACCC reopens for the fifth group of families and children to join us.
Other Announcements
We have officially transferred our tuition system to Procare. For the latest tuition statement, you can download from myprocare. Here is the login information :
- Go to MyProcare.com.
- Enter your email address (the email you have on file with Ames Child Care Center) and choose Go.
- Enter the confirmation code sent to your email, choose a password, and press Go.
- Then you may view your recent transition, account balance, and ledger.
