It’s almost that time of year again where we celebrate the holidays with all the ACCC families and staff. We would like to invite you and your families to join our annual center-wide and classroom holiday party.
Date: December 6, 2019
Time: 4 pm – 5:45 pm
Location: ACCC
The Ames Child Care Center will be in Holiday spirit with decorations where you and your children can do arts & crafts, take photos, and celebrate with ACCC families and friends.
Agenda:
Between 4 pm – 4:30 pm (or as your room parent advises)
Children will celebrate with classroom teachers & parents in their classrooms. (Art, crafts, singing etc.)
At approximately 4:30 pm
All the families, children & teachers will go to the conference room, kitchen, or staff lounge to get food. Food will be catered by Buca di Beppo. Families are welcome to visit other classrooms and say hi to the teachers during this time.

Toddler (Mariner, Mercury & Viking) – Conference room
Tran Preschool (Gemini & Explorer) – Kitchen and Staff room
Preschool (Apollo & Vanguard ) – Kitchen and Staff room

Volunteer to help:
- Please consider volunteering to fulfill your parent participation hours by signing up to help assemble the holiday tree, hang lights, set up, and clean up. If you would like to help for the party, please sign up on the lobby door.
- If you would like to thank the teachers and staff at the childcare center, you can make your donation in the donation box next to the tuition box in the lobby.
- If you need gift ideas, there will be a gift list sent out ASAP.
- Please drop off gift cards, presents or donations before Dec. 5th in the conference room.
